Change Management
Change Management refers to the systematic approach and application of knowledge, tools, and resources to deal with transformation or transitions within an organization. This involves the redirection or redefinition of resources, business processes, budget allocations, or other modes of operation that significantly reshape a company or organization. It may include aspects like Business Process Outsourcing, where an organization contracts out various business functions to third-party service providers. It is also tied to Finance, as it involves the efficient use of financial resources to facilitate change. Change management also encompasses Business Process Reengineering, a strategy aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that exist within and across organizations. It draws on Business Analysis to identify and articulate the need for change in how organizations work, and to facilitate that change. As a whole, Change Management is a critical aspect of Business, enabling organizations to adapt, grow and prosper in the face of change.
