A population demographic characterized by individuals in the stage of development between childhood and adulthood, usually between the ages of 13 and 19 years old, and is a commonly recognized age group in society. This term can often be interchanged with 'teenagers.' Despite being different in terms of age range, 'Baby Boomers,' another age group, are also categorized under the larger umbrella of 'people.'
